What is Toe Reading?
Toe Reading is based on the theory that your body holographically records the story of your life. Toes reveal how a person copes with their feelings, as well as their thoughts. A Toe Reader honors the stories coded in the toes, and is spiritually and emotionally available to unlock the stories.
What do the individual Toes mean?
Based on Ayurvedic 5-element theory, each toe has been assigned unique characteristics describing the relationship between the physiology of the body and the elements of the natural world.
The first toe represents the Ether element or the Destiny Toe.
The second toe is known as the Air Toe or the Communication Toe.
The middle toe is the Fire Toe – the “Just Do It or Not” toe.
The forth toe is the Water Toe – capturing Relationship stories.
The little toe is the Earth Toe. It reveals Trust on the left and Prosperity/Abundance on the right.
What Happens During a Toe Reading?
I create a safe and supportive environment during our Toe Reading Session. I will share a brief overview of the Toe Reading process. You will be provided with an outline of the feet to take notes, about your feet. During the process you will be asked questions to help you connect to the stories of your toes. There are no right or wrong answers. Your Toes know the truth! Toe Reading becomes a Soul Coaching session.

In order to prepare for our session, you to send in four Toe Pictures:
1. Both feet together on the ground.
2. Both feet in the air, as you are sitting in a chair.
3. Left foot alone on the ground.
4. Right foot alone on the ground.
